We conduct a few meetings to learn as much as we can about your company and objectives, and set up access to our software platform.

Define Ideal Prospects and Articulate Value

We identify strategic use cases for your asset, segments with identified use cases, ideal buyers in those segments, value associated with the use cases, and messaging that communicates value. This phase culminates in a session where we communicate our recommended strategy.

Conduct Outreach and Track Engagement

Using your email address, we reach out to the appropriate contacts at 150-250 of the
best prospects for your asset. Between initial outreach and follow-ups this phase can take up to 4 weeks. We track engagement with your email and listing to gauge interest at the prospect level.

Assist with Negotiation

Getting to the right terms can make or break an exit. Your exit coach remains on-call for coaching as you navigate the negotiation process.
