The Success Fee applies when you have a majority change in control (>50% interest in your company) or a sell the majority of your asset value.
Yes. Part of our value is in the introduction. But most is in getting you ready for exit, creating competition for your asset, and helping you across the finish line.
The Success Fee accrues with the progression of the project. So if you terminate early, very little of the Success Fee will apply. Following termination, the accrued Success Fee will to a qualified transaction within 12 months of termination.
