(“ExitHero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our software platform (including client.exithero.app), our website (www.exithero.app), and our coaching services (collectively, the “Services”). Non-public business information you provide under an engagement letter with ExitHero is also protected by the confidentiality provisions of that engagement letter. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with the confidentiality provisions of your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls with respect to that information.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
