ExitHero.app is in search of an operations leader to accelerate our growth. This is a full-time, salaried position with significant equity consideration. 

Background:

ExitHero is an M&A platform for exits in the $1M-25M range. Most of our client companies are in the software space, and most are VC-backed. Our platform identifies the best potential acquirers and conducts outreach to put founders in touch.

Opportunity: 

ExitHero recently acquired Inorganic, a self-serve strategic acquisition platform, and is accelerating go-to-market plans. This is an opportunity for P&L responsibility in an early stage company serving a big need in the M&A market. We are VC-backed but very capital efficient. You will be expected to be a hands-on operator and directly involved in selling as we scale.

Your role as Head of Operations:

• Responsibility for P&L and critical KPIs including growth and acquisition success rate
• Meet with prospects and close sales while unlocking a repeatable sales process that can implemented by a larger team
• Assign clients to Exit Coaches, and grow our network of coaches inline with client growth
• Represent the voice of the customer in determining platform enhancements and offer changes

Location:

This is a remote, US-based position. ExitHero has personnel in the SF Bay Area and Raleigh-Durham, NC and is designed to be remote-first.
